AFFILIATIONS WITH ASL AND INAIL
Affiliations and information for our patients
All Italian citizens and foreigners who are resident in Italy.
All citizens who have had an accident at work.
- A medical prescription from an official ophthalmologist or a public health structure (ASL or hospital)
- Estimate of the cost from Ocularistica Italiana.
- Copy of a document of invalidity or receipt of the request (not necessary for minors under the age of 18)
Patients must contact their branch of INAIL directly: INAIL will send us the authorisation to proceed with the supplying of the prosthesis.
